What is Resident Centered Household Care?
We are a dedicated household care program for owners and long-term residents in the Kohala area. Think of us as a modern-day butler service—without the need for us to live in your home. Our focus is exclusively on our cherished Kamaʻāina and homeowners; we do not work with rental properties or tenants.
Who do we assist?

Part-Time Residents: Property owners who need help managing their household while they are away for extended periods and during the short time they are here. This also includes short-term renters who may need a private concierge or a home-centered personal assistant for a few days to a few months.

Full-Time Residents: Homeowners or long-term renters who want a hand with the day-to-day management of their household and the conveniences of our exclusive services. More details on our membership program and services below!

What we do at Kohala Ohana Homes is more than just home care; it's about creating a safe, inviting sanctuary where magical moments happen. Our team is passionate about this work because we believe in serving our cherished community, the 'aina, and our employees with the spirit of aloha that makes Hawaii so special.
As we grow together, we promise to honor the island that provides for us all. A portion of our annual proceeds will go directly to local coral conservation projects, allowing us to give back to the beautiful 'aina. And because our team is our family, we are dedicated to helping them thrive. Our employees will receive dividend shares, helping to ease the burden of the high cost of living here. We are building a long-term community together, one that will serve Kohala for generations to come.
